Gaynes Park Suites has been designed from the ground up to help make your life as uncomplicated and enjoyable as possible. Whether you enter the building from the street or from the lift that brings you up from the basement carpark, you’ll find yourself in a beautifully appointed reception area. A concierge or manager will be there to welcome you and take care of any requests.

Beyond the reception area are a resident lounge, library and games area, as well as a wide terrace and barbecue area adjoining the landscaped gardens. These are all lovely places to relax with a book or spend some time catching up with your friends and family.

Bringing the community together
Upstairs, the warm and inviting dining room will host you for lunch and dinner, which will be made fresh every day in the Gaynes Park kitchen. Off the dining room is a large theatre with an impressive audio-visual set-up. Here, you will be able to get together with fellow residents for a wide range of community events including celebrations, movie screenings, sports events such as the Melbourne Cup and various shows and presentations.
